Hi, that’s me over there,,,,, just being your ‘standard’ 52-year-old doing some decorating 😊
I wrote this bio numerous times and even asked ChatGPT to refine it. Then I thought, in the grand scheme of what I’m trying to achieve, that’s not the authentic me. What do I think would really resonate with the people I am passionate about helping?
And maybe this is it,,,,,,,,🤷♂️
I’m just me. A ‘regular’ guy from Coventry and now living in Cliviger, Burnley.
I had, what I consider to be, a ‘challenging’ childhood, but dwelling on the past is not part of this journey. So enough of that already. 😊
For most of my years, no doubt like many of you, I followed the well-trodden path we are guided towards: “success” is: school → work → house → kids → bigger house → bigger car, and on the surface, I was thriving. I built a strong hands-on career from a Warehouse Operative to a Project Director in a multi-national business. But, as we are being honest, it was never my true passion. I stayed the course because… well, that’s what we do to pay the bills, right?
Then one day, through a work initiative of all things, I was introduced to a completely different way of seeing life, a way of becoming more settled, more neutral, and more me. I resisted at first, but eventually, the simplicity was impossible to ignore.
That initiative changed everything. Today, I live with zero stress, fear, anxiety, and self-doubt. Well maybe not completely, because I’m still human, but when those very brief moments do arrive, I know I have an intelligent system that is on my side 100% of the time. We all do.
By gaining the knowledge of how Mind, Consciousness and Thought work in a practical day-to-day way, I was able to appreciate that our lives are lived from the Inside-Out 100% of the time. This sounds all too simple, right? But when you really strip it back and the realisation hits, it can be life changing. It was for me.
The only thing I wish,,,,,,,, Is what I know now, I knew sooner. 😊
That’s why I started Evolucent. My passion now is to explore this understanding with others who feel stuck and are curious to potentially discover a different way. To help you uncover your freedom to show up as your truest self, and to live the life you maybe didn’t even realise was available. 😊
